Refund policy

We aim to make returns simple while protecting product hygiene and safety.

• Unopened, sealed cosmetics may be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Packaging (seals/shrink wrap/safety tabs) must be intact; boxes/labels undamaged
• Opened or used items are not eligible due to hygiene and safety regulations, except for verified adverse reactions or wrong items shipped
• Final‑sale/clearance and customized bundles are not eligible unless defective

• Opened skincare/makeup, testers, tools that contact skin (if unsealed)
• Items with tampered safety seals or missing components/gifts
• Free gifts, samples, or gift‑with‑purchase bonuses

1. Submit a request in your account within the window
2. Pack securely with all components, gifts, and documentation
3. Use a tracked method; retain proof of postage

• Stop using the product immediately
• Contact us within 7 days of the reaction with order number, photos, and brief description; we may request batch/lot and ingredient details
• Upon review, we can offer a return authorization and resolution (exchange/refund/credit) per assessment

Report within 48 hours with photos of the parcel and contents. We will arrange replacement, reshipment, or refund as appropriate.

• Quality check: typically 3–5 business days after arrival
• Refund to original payment method: typically 5–7 business days after approval (bank posting times may vary)
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless due to our error; store credit available upon request

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged/incorrect
• Use tracked/insured shipping; loss/damage in transit may affect eligibility
