Cancel Policy – Cosmetics

Thank you for choosing PureCharm

We understand that plans change. This policy explains how and when you can cancel an order for cosmetics while ensuring efficient processing and fair handling.

Standard Cancellation Window

  • You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order if it has not entered packing or shipped
  • During peak launches/promotions, processing may begin sooner—please submit requests as early as possible

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your account and open “My Orders”
  2. Select the order and click “Cancel Order”
  3. Provide a brief reason (optional) and submit; we will email confirmation if approved

Tip: If you cannot access your account, email us with your order number and registered contact info.

After Packing or Dispatch

If cancellation is requested after packing/dispatch, please accept delivery and initiate a return under our Refund & Exchange Policy (hygiene and sealing rules apply).

Partial Cancellation & Edits

  • Prior to packing, we may be able to edit address, remove/add items, or change quantities
  • Once packing starts, edits may be limited

Non‑Cancellable Items

  • Customized gift sets or engraved items
  • Final‑sale/clearance items
  • Free gifts/samples and gift‑with‑purchase bundles (individual components)

Exceptions & Our Errors

If we ship an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos; we will arrange replacement or refund.
